I know how incredibly frustrating it is to feel like you can never manage your time. You blame yourself, you don't understand how everyone else seems to effortlessly flow through life. Okay news flash, they aren't. Secondly, there are are times of your cycle when you will be more creative and have more energy, and there are times when you will be better at organizing things. Everything has a time and a place, by syncing tasks with your cycle you will get more done and prevent burn out.
