Many of my listeners contact me with questions like “I have to eat out because I was traveling, will this ruin my progress?” or “I’m pregnant and I can’t handle meat right now, how badly am I going to hurt my hormones?” and my answer is always the same: You’re not going to hurt your hormones at all.

This is because hormonal balance (as well as hormonal imbalance) comes as the result of long-term habits. And so, eating junk food once won’t ruin your hormones. On the other hand, eating one blood sugar balanced meal once won’t help your hormones either.

It’s all about building good habits (and getting rid of bad ones), slowly but surely.
